Role Overview: We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, and highly responsive individual to manage real-time client communication and support them during craving moments. This role involves being available as a support point of contact for clients , helping them navigate cravings using predefined SOPs and protocols, and ensuring a positive and reassuring experience.
