Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, and highly responsive individual to manage real-time client communication and support them during craving moments. This role involves being available as a support point of contact for clients , helping them navigate cravings using predefined SOPs and protocols, and ensuring a positive and reassuring experience. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Handle incoming client communication (calls/WhatsApp) during craving situations •⁠ ⁠Provide timely and empathetic responses to help clients feel supported •⁠ ⁠Follow predefined SOPs and communication frameworks strictly •⁠ ⁠Ensure clients are guided effectively through their cravings •⁠ ⁠Maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence in all interactions •⁠ ⁠Be highly responsive and available as per assigned shifts •⁠ ⁠Maintain basic records/logs of interactions (if required) Work Structure: •⁠ ⁠This is a high-responsibility, availability-based role •⁠ ⁠May require handling communication at flexible hours, including late evenings/night (as per shift allocation) - - Day & Night shift (both available) •⁠ ⁠Work is fully remote (Work From Home ) •⁠ ⁠Focus is on responsiveness, reliability, and quality of communication Ideal Candidate Profile: •⁠ ⁠Strong spoken and written English •⁠ ⁠High level of empathy and emotional understanding •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills •⁠ ⁠Responsible and dependable •⁠ ⁠Comfortable handling client conversations during sensitive moments •⁠ ⁠Ability to follow structured SOPs without deviation •⁠ ⁠Strong work ethic and accountability Preferred Traits: •⁠ ⁠Background in customer support / counselling / client handling •⁠ ⁠Ability to stay calm under pressure •⁠ ⁠Problem-solving mindset If this is something that aligns with you, PLEASE FILL THE FOLLOWING FORM:
