Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lab Facilitator role based in Hyderabad. The Lab Facilitator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of science laboratories, preparing materials, and ensuring equipment is in good condition. Other duties include collaborating with teachers to support hands-on experiments, maintaining lab safety standards, assisting students during practical sessions, and keeping accurate records of inventory and lab activities. Qualifications Proficiency in overseeing laboratory operations, maintaining safety protocols, and managing equipment. Ability to support and guide students during hands-on experiments and practical activities. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to manage inventory and laboratory resources effectively. Collaborative skills to partner with teachers and staff on science and technology curriculum delivery. Background in science education, laboratory studies, or a related field is highly desirable. Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with students of different age groups. Previous experience in an academic or educational setting is an advantage, though not mandatory.
