Join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team and play a pivotal role in driving growth by managing high-impact bids, proposals, and customer pursuits across global markets. Your Role As a Bid Manager , you will support and drive end-to-end bid management activities , including bid coordination, proposal development, sales pitches, and pricing support. You will work closely with Sales, Solution, Delivery, and Leadership teams to create compelling, high-quality proposals and presentations that increase win probability for both proactive and reactive RFx opportunities. In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycle for proactive and reactive RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ) pursuits. Drive bid planning activities including bid strategy, bid/no-bid decisions, pre-qualification , and bid reviews. Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Customer teams to develop winning proposals and customer presentations. Lead response integration , ensuring alignment across technical, commercial, and delivery inputs. Understand and drive commercial and contractual aspects of deals in collaboration with deal analysts and finance teams. Liaise with DCX Solution Teams, Delivery Teams, and Account Teams to curate and refine solution and technical write-ups. Manage and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, rate cards , and reusable bid assets. Create and curate customer presentations and sales pitches to support DCX growth initiatives. Collaborate with Sector Bid Managers and onsite CEM/CSG teams to anchor and deliver large-scale pursuits. Prepare status reports and present updates on ongoing bids in governance and pursuit meetings. Moderate proposal reviews and working sessions involving Pre-Sales, CEMs, and DCX teams . Research and develop market intelligence inputs relevant to DCX pursuits. Support the development of DCX collateral such as case studies, practice decks, and capability presentations. Performance Expectations Ensure all bid responses and proposals are properly planned, coordinated, and delivered within agreed timelines. Drive proposal completion through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Practices, Marketing, and Delivery teams . Maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across all bid and proposal submissions. Your Profile 5–12 years of experience in Bid Management / Proposal Management , preferably within Tier-1 or Tier-2 IT Services organizations supporting global CX pursuits. Strong expertise in bid management, proposal preparation, content curation, and collateral development . Proven experience standardizing bid processes, tools, documentation, and templates . Highly organized with the ability to own and manage repositories of proposals, collaterals, and reusable assets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interest in Sales and Solution Selling , with a solid understanding of pursuit dynamics. Ability to interact effectively with SMEs across domain and technology areas . Good to have a technical background in MS Technologies, Java Technologies, or Mobile Development . Exposure to any of the following technologies is an advantage: Salesforce, MS-DX CRM, Commerce (B2B/B2C), Front-end/UI, Mobile Apps, Pega, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore .
