Job Title: Print Designer – Packaging Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-5 years About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer with a strong focus on packaging design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing packaging artwork and a solid understanding of print production processes. Key Responsibilities Design innovative and visually appealing packaging concepts for products across categories Develop print-ready artwork for packaging, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, color, and layout Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to bring concepts to life Prepare and review pre-press files (bleed, dielines, color modes, etc.) Work with vendors/printers to ensure quality output and troubleshoot print issues Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all packaging materials Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and printing techniques Requirements 3–5 years of experience in print and packaging design Strong portfolio showcasing packaging work (mandatory) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Good understanding of printing techniques (offset, flexo, digital) Knowledge of color systems (CMYK, Pantone) and print production processes Experience working with dielines and mockups Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good to Have Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer product packaging Basic understanding of sustainable packaging materials Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Why Join Us Opportunity to work on diverse and high-impact packaging projects Collaborative and creative work environment Growth opportunities within the design team
