Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Formulation Scientist and R&D Associate based in Bengaluru. The role involves actively participating in research and development activities, performing laboratory experiments, assisting with formulation development, and supporting technology transfer processes. The position will contribute to the creation and enhancement of novel sustainable products in line with the company’s mission. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience in formulating consumer products Strong background in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Formulation techniques Familiarity with Technology Transfer processes and a thorough understanding of product development workflows Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field Passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious initiatives is a plus Who This Is For BPharma / MPharma (0–3 years) Strong interest in herbal / natural formulations Detail-oriented and process-driven Curious and research-driven Bonus (not mandatory) Exposure to Ayurveda / herbalism / essential oils Who This Is NOT For Candidates looking for only large pharma roles People focused only on regulatory desk work Compensation Fixed + growth-linked upside
