Job Description for Global Sales Head ~ Position Overview: As the Global Sales Head - Parent Engagement Specialist, you will lead our parent engagement team, responsible for calling parents and persuading them to enrol their children in our program. Your role is pivotal in driving enrolment growth and fostering positive relationships with parents to promote the benefits of our program. ~ Key Responsibilities: -Team Leadership: Manage and support the parent engagement team across India, to achieve enrolment targets and deliver exceptional customer service. -Parent Communication: Conduct outbound calls to parents, articulating the value of our program and addressing inquiries to secure enrolments. -Enrolment Coordination: Coordinate enrolment processes, providing assistance and support to parents throughout the enrolment journey. -Data Management: Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and enrolment outcomes to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making. -Training : Provide training to the team on effective communication and sales strategies to maximise conversions. ~ Working days & hours : - 6 days a week : 10am to 7pm ~ Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field is preferable. -Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in education or child development. -Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills. -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. -Passion for education and child development. - 2 to 5 years of sales experience ~ Location - Andheri East, Mumbai Interested?
