Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key ResponsibilitiesThoughtSpot DevelopmentDesign and develop high-performance ThoughtSpot Liveboards and AnswersBuild action-oriented dashboards tailored for business teams (Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, Support)Use TML (ThoughtSpot Modeling Language) for scalable deployment, migration, and versioningLeverage SpotIQ and Spotter for automated insights and AI-driven analysisDevelop custom visualizations using Muze StudioData & SQL (Snowflake)Write and optimize complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, multi-level joins)Build and manage efficient SQL views in SnowflakeEnsure data accuracy and validation between warehouse and dashboardsCollaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data models for search-based analyticsCollaboration & DeliveryPartner with Data Analysts to convert business problems into analytical dashboardsWork cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, performance, and usabilityMaintain version control (GitHub) for SQL and TML with proper review processesEnsure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable analytics solutionsMust-Have Skills5+ years in Data Visualization / BI EngineeringStrong hands-on experience in ThoughtSpot (MANDATORY) (Liveboards, Answers, TML, SpotIQ/Spotter)Advanced SQL expertise (complex queries, optimization)Strong Snowflake experience (performance tuning, data modeling)Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)Experience working with cross-functional business teamsHands-on with Git / version control workflowsGood to HaveExperience with Muze / custom visualizationsExposure to modern data stack / analytics engineeringExperience building search-driven analytics systemsCI/CD workflows for analytics assetsEngagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
