JD:-Technical Publications SpecialistLocation: BangaloreExperience:- 6-8 YearsKey Activities:Author and maintain Owner/User Manuals, Service & Maintenance Manuals, Installation Guides, Parts Catalogues (IPLs), Training Manuals, and Work InstructionsInterpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and BOMs to develop accurate technical contentWrite clear step-by-step procedures with safety warnings, cautions, and notesCoordinate technical illustrations, exploded views, and diagramsManage document revisions aligned with engineering changesCollaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and service teamsMust-Have Skills:Hands-on experience in end-to-end technical documentation authoring (not just illustration or red-markups)Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker for structured/technical publishingExperience with PLM/CAD tools — Windchill, Creo, or SolidWorksStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specificationsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent for technical graphicsDeliverables Knowledge: PDF, print-ready, and digital documentation formatsAdded Advantage: Multilingual documentation / translation coordination experience Important Note: This role demands complete end-to-end technical publications ownership.
