Position: Software Craftsperson – ROR + ReactExperience: 7+ YearsLocation: RemoteWe are looking for an experienced Software Craftsperson with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and React to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be actively involved in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while contributing to design, development, testing, and code reviews.Key Responsibilities:Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesDesign, develop, test, and integrate scalable applications and servicesPerform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable codeFollow engineering best practices, coding standards, and deployment processesInvestigate system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive solutionsCreate internal tools and documentation to support cross-functional teamsTechnical Requirements:Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React/JavaScriptExperience with TypeScript and Test-Driven Development (TDD)Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principlesHands-on experience with Git for version control and team collaborationAdditional Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills
