Key responsibilities:Lead enterprise architecture consulting engagements. Define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goalsLead technical design and implementation of CDP solutions across multiple platformsDrive adoption of emerging technologies (AI-driven personalization, composable architectures). Represent organization in industry forumsDefine and enforce data architecture standards, schemas, and governance modelsOversee ingestion pipelines (batch/streaming) and ensure data quality and integrityGuide development teams in building reusable components and scalable integrationsCollaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define audience strategies and activation logicOwn the orchestration of customer journeys and personalization workflowsConduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to best practicesEvaluate new tools and technologies to enhance CDP capabilitiesEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable solutionsTroubleshoot complex issues across data flows, APIs, and activation channelsContribute to roadmap planning and continuous improvement of CDP infrastructureMust have skills:Proven experience architecting and leading CDP implementations (AEP, Treasure Data, Zeta, Tealium, etc.)AEP (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Workfront), Action IQ, Braze (CDP), Telium, Zeta, Treasure Data, Growth Loop, Hi-Touch, SFDC etc..Strong understanding of composable CDP architecture and data privacy principlesAdvanced data engineering skills including real-time and batch ingestion pipelinesExpertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and event-driven architecturesProficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for scripting and automationExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologiesStrong understanding of identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation workflows.Good to have skills:CDP Expertise: Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, AJO), Treasure Data, Tealium, HightouchEnterprise Architecture & Consulting: TOGAF or equivalent frameworks, Solution consulting and pre-sales experienceExperience with Customer Journey Orchestration tools (AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Familiarity with reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or CensusHands-on experience with data governance, consent management, and PII handlingKnowledge of data formats and transformation (JSON, Parquet, Avro)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesClient-facing experience with stakeholder management and solution presentationsExposure to CDP evaluation and vendor selection processesEducation & Qualification:Bachelors in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science, Data , ITGraduate from other fields with good communication and analytical skills.Certifications if any:AD0-E602 Adobe Real-Time CDP Business Practitioner Professional OR HigherAD0-E607 Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Professional OR HigherOther CDP certifications (Salesforce, Treasure Data)Shift timings: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)
