With over 200,000 classes scheduled every month, we’re creating a global movement to equip children with the tools they need to lead successful, fulfilling lives with expert-designed courses tailored to each child’s age and grade.About the RoleWe are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and videos for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate explainer videos, GIFs etc.Create dynamic social media and ad creatives (video-based and static) Work with copywriters to enhance storytelling with motionDesign brochures, banners, certificates, letterheads, website assets etc.Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital media platformsWork with the Head of Branding to work on guidelinesWork with marketing teams to optimize designs for engagement and conversionsRequired Skills and QualificationsA degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts or a related field (preferred, but not required)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animations and graphicsStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principlesMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate, polished, and high qualityGood to have: Experience with CanvaBonus: Knowledge of Figma & 3D animationStrong communication and collaboration skills and an eye for aestheticsUnderstanding of branding guidelinesAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projectsAbility to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphicsAbility to develop unique and on-brand design stylesProblem-solving mindset and adaptability to new trendsAbout the TeamWe’re a group of dynamic and innovative people that thrives on storytelling through visuals.
