This role treats Talent Acquisition as a business function , not just recruitment — with ownership of P&L, revenue impact, and hiring efficiency . What you’ll do: Build a hiring engine that blends agency hustle + startup precision Own P&L, revenue contribution, and hiring efficiency metrics Drive quality-first hiring while maintaining speed and agility Design cost-efficient sourcing strategies to improve margins Manage a multi-vendor ecosystem with strong quality-to-cost focus Act as a strategic partner to leadership; use data to influence hiring decisions Forecast hiring demand to ensure consistent delivery without bottlenecks We’re looking for: 8+ years in TA with Staffing/Agency + Product/Startup/GCC exposure Experience handling P&L, revenue targets, or margin-driven hiring models Ability to manage high-volume as well as niche hiring Strong understanding of business impact of hiring decisions Confidence to consult, push back, and influence senior stakeholders If you enjoy solving complex hiring challenges and want to shape a scalable hiring engine, let’s connect.
