Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Fresher Chartered Accountant. The role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing audits, ensuring tax compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. Additionally, the candidate will provide support in financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and implementing appropriate financial controls. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes Proficiency in tax preparation and compliance, covering both direct and indirect taxes Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and numerical aptitude Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration CA qualification (recently qualified or awaiting final results) Knowledge of fixed asset management will be an advantage Familiarity with current financial regulations and standards
