Job Description

Content and Community Associate Kasparro · HSR Layout, Bangalore · Work from Office · Fresher Hire ⚠️ Application is only complete with the assignment at the bottom. CV alone will not be reviewed. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS You've probably done this yourself. Instead of Googling /"best vitamin C serum,/" you open ChatGPT and have a real conversation - your skin type, your budget, your hostel water quality. Five questions deep, you get a specific recommendation. Here's the question nobody is asking: which brand got recommended? And which brands were completely invisible because the AI engine couldn't find their product data or pulled outdated information? This is already the new storefront. Brands that show up in AI conversations win. Brands that don't, lose - silently, without even knowing they were in the running. An AI engine doesn't scroll your homepage or see your Instagram reels. It pulls structured product data, verified claims, and trust signals. If those aren't there, the brand doesn't get recommended. Most brands are not ready for this. Most don't even know it's happening. That's the problem Kasparro exists to solve. As the Content and Community Associate, you make Kasparro's thinking visible to the internet. You turn proprietary data, product insights, and founder thinking into content that builds a category-defining brand across X and LinkedIn - before the company exits stealth. ABOUT KASPARRO Kasparro builds AI commerce infrastructure for brands. Our core product is a multi-module audit that scores how AI systems represent a brand across search visibility, trust signals, content quality, and transaction readiness - with specific scores, specific findings, and specific actions. We work across verticals - consumer electronics, personal care, B2B SaaS, AI, fintech. What our clients have in common is that their buyers are researching them inside AI engines, and they need to understand how AI systems see and represent them before those conversations cost them customers they never knew they lost. WHAT THIS ROLE IS You operate 4-6 accounts across X and LinkedIn: a faceless AI commerce analysis account on X, 2 AI employee personas on X, the Kasparro company LinkedIn, and the founder's personal accounts on both platforms. Each has a different voice, cadence, and strategic purpose. This is not an execution-only role. You decide what gets posted, what gets killed, and what needs rework. You research the AI commerce space daily, run queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini to generate original teardown data, and translate internal insights into content that builds category authority. Every post either builds credibility or erodes it. There is no middle ground. This is not a social media manager role - no inspirational quotes, no reels. Not copywriting. Not design. You operate a defined system with defined accounts, formats, and cadences. YOUR AUDIENCE VPs of Marketing, Heads of E-commerce, Growth leaders at e-commerce, SaaS, AI, fintech, edtech, and health-tech companies. People who own P&L outcomes and encounter /"AI says something weird about us/" incidents. Every post you write should make one of these people stop scrolling. THE ACCOUNTS Faceless X - Data-forward analyst voice. 4-5 core posts/week. Viral AI visibility teardowns. Kasparro LinkedIn - Professional, third-person. 2-3 posts/week. Credibility anchor. AI Personas on X - Witty, personality-led. 4-5 core posts/week + 20-40 comments/day. Founder LinkedIn - First-person, analytical. 2-3 posts/week. Primary growth engine. Founder X - Sharp, provocative, real-time. 8-12 posts/week. Hot takes and fast reactions. A DAY IN THE LIFE First 30-45 minutes: scan X and LinkedIn for overnight developments in AI commerce. Log anything interesting into the Notion content bank with account and pillar tags. Then comment - 4-5 substantive comments across accounts. Not /"great post!/" replies. You add a data point, reframe an argument, or ask a question that shows you understand the space. Throughout the day: monitor every published post for the first 60 minutes and respond to every reply. On X, reply-to-reply carries a 75x algorithmic multiplier - it is the single highest-ROI activity in this role. If a post goes live at 10:30 PM, you are available at 10:30 PM PROGRESSION No time-based promotions. Milestones only. Phase 1 - Guided Execution (Weeks 1-4) Every post reviewed before it goes live. You execute the existing playbook precisely under founder supervision. You clear this phase when a full week of drafts requires zero edits, zero voice mismatches, and your comments are approved without revision for 5 consecutive days. Phase 2 - Independent Operations (Weeks 4-10) You own the full weekly content cycle. Founder reviews weekly, not per-post. You run the /"AI Shelf Check/" teardown end-to-end each week, manage all recurring series, deliver a written performance brief every Friday, and build DM relationships with 10+ operators. You clear this phase when 3 consecutive weeks produce zero post rejections and teardown threads hit their engagement baseline. Phase 3 - Strategic Owner (Weeks 10+, full-time conversion begins) You shape the content strategy, not just execute it. You own the monthly flagship content piece, launch new content initiatives, produce a monthly Voice of Audience brief for the founder, and manage content for Kasparro's public launch. You clear this phase when follower growth hits quarterly targets, a flagship piece generates measurable inbound interest without founder involvement, and every workflow is documented in a playbook a Phase 1 hire could follow. After conversion, three paths open: Content Lead (you run the team and own output quality across all accounts), Community Lead (you own the relationship layer - newsletter, partnerships, DM-to-pipeline), or Brand Strategist (you define how the market talks about AI commerce as Kasparro exits stealth). Which path opens depends on your strengths and where the company needs you most. All three require clearing Phase 3 first. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We hire freshers. Skills are teachable. These traits are not. You shift voice - founder LinkedIn sounds like the founder, faceless X sounds like an analyst, company page sounds like a company. You have taste - you know the difference between a post that gets 3 likes and one that gets 300 bookmarks, and you can explain why. You're research-curious - 30-60 minutes of daily reading on AI commerce doesn't feel like a chore. You use AI as infrastructure - not to generate slop, but to produce a first draft in the right voice and edit it into something worth publishing. You're comfortable with structured repetition - same query sets, same Notion databases, same weekly rhythm every week. You're reliable about cadence - if a post is scheduled for 10:30 PM, you are available at 10:30 PM. Bonus: existing X or LinkedIn presence with published content you can show worked. Basic SEO understanding - structured data, schema markup, entity optimisation. What we'll teach you: Kasparro's content strategy and pillar architecture, multi-account atomisation workflows, how to run structured AI visibility audits and turn query results into publishable teardown content, platform algorithms (X engagement scoring, LinkedIn reach multipliers, optimal posting windows), and how to read Kasparro's audit outputs and translate inclusion rates, hallucination metrics, and drift scores into compelling content. OPERATING PRINCIPLES The content bank is the source of truth. If it's not in Notion, it doesn't exist. Voice accuracy is non-negotiable. Wrong voice on any account damages credibility. Data beats opinion. Every claim needs a specific number, experiment, or source. Cadence compounds. Missing one post feels minor. Missing four breaks the habit loop. Engagement is not optional. Algorithmic weight of replies and DMs is 10-75x that of likes. HOW TO APPLY (Check this document - Email Subject: Content and Community Associate - (Your Name) Attach: CV or LinkedIn profile Completed assignment below One question about this role not already answered here THE ASSIGNMENT: Research → Insight → Content Step 1 - Choose one topic: How AI assistants are changing product discovery AI search vs traditional SEO Rise of agentic commerce How founders are using AI in marketing workflows AI assistants replacing SaaS tools (You may propose your own.) Step 2 - Research it using X, Reddit, blogs, product launches, AI tools, forums, LinkedIn, or news reports. Deliverable 1 - Research Notes List sources used and why they matter.
