Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to budgets, procurement, tools, and asset usage. Track engineering budgets and maintain spend vs. plan dashboards. Support forecast updates, variance tracking, and cost control initiatives. Compile financial data and reports for leadership reviews and planning cycles. Coordinate engineering training programs, enrollments, and completion tracking. Manage software license requests, renewals, and utilization tracking. Liaise with IT, HR, and Procurement teams for timely request fulfillment. Support hardware, lab, and asset requests, allocation, and lifecycle tracking. Manage engineering part procurement including purchase requests, approvals, and tracking. Build and maintain KPI dashboards for cost, turnaround time, and compliance metrics. Prepare periodic operational and management reports. Identify inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives. Provide administrative and operational support to engineering leadership. Manage meetings, agendas, and follow up on action items. Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries. Experience Required:5 - 8 years of experience in project management or engineering operations. Strong experience in budget tracking, procurement, and operational governance. Experience in stakeholder coordination across IT, HR, and Procurement teams. Ability to create dashboards, reports, and track KPIs. Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Exposure to POCs/POVs is an added advantage. Education: Any Graduation
