The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining user accounts, and managing permissions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders, supporting content uploads, assisting with instructional design, and delivering training for effective platform usage. The Administrator will also monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.Qualifications - Proficiency in System Administration, including configuring, maintaining, and updating LMS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)Experience in Learning Management and implementing LMS content, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth course deliveryStrong Communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and provide supportKnowledge of Instructional Design principles and the ability to support e-learning developmentProven ability in Troubleshooting and resolving technical system-related issuesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a focus on maintaining data accuracyBachelor’s degree in Education, Learning Technologies, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Previous experience with CSOD or similar LMS platforms is highly desirable Mandatory skills - Hands-on experience in Implements/ configure/ support CSOD LMSAbility to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them,Hands-on experience in implementing integration with CSOD LMSDeep functional knowledge of CSOD LMSExperience in integration of CSOD with other platformsSuccessfully implemented enterprise-wide CSOD LMS in managerial role.Basic understanding with data integration tools like SSIS
