We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (are seeking a Senior Manager – Corporate Finance who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading the company’s fund-raising initiatives, managing financial partnerships, and overseeing treasury operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize capital structure, manage cost of funds, and build strong relationships with lenders and rating agencies, while ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth and compliance objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliationsPrepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Manage accounts payable and receivableEnsure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closingAssist in budgeting and forecasting activitiesMonitor financial performance and provide variance analysisPrepare MIS reports for management reviewEnsure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)Prepare and file tax returns and reportsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or AccountingCA / MBA (Finance) with understanding of IND AS is preferred2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting rolesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting toolsGood understanding of taxation and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyPreferred AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEthical, trustworthy, and professional attitudeLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).Apply NowIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you.
