Position: Associate Lawyer – Regulatory, Advisory and Litigation Experience Level: 2-3 years Language Requirement: Kannada (Fluent- Spoken) Key Responsibilities: Assist senior lawyers in preparation of case files, legal research, and drafting of pleadings, petitions, and applications. Draft and file various legal documents including petitions, affidavits, and applications. Engage in client meetings and maintain communication regarding case updates. Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and legal precedents relevant to ongoing litigation. Assist in preparing case strategies and provide timely legal advice to clients. Prepare and organize case files, including evidence collection and document review. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations, particularly in the relevant jurisdictions. Requirements: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) . 2-3 years of relevant experience in litigation. Fluency in Kannada spoken is MANDATORY due to the nature of client interaction and court appearances in Kannada-speaking regions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in legal research and drafting. A keen interest in litigation and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
