Presently, our team consists of over 5000+ skilled professionals spread across 19 countries spanning Europe, Asia, United Kingdom, South America and North America SAP SuccessFactors – Roles & Responsibilities 1 Recruitment (RCM – Recruiting Management) Configure and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requisition creation, job posting, and candidate pipeline Work on interview scheduling, offer management, and candidate communication workflows Customize application templates, workflows, and business rules Integrate RCM with Onboarding and Employee Central Support career site configuration and job marketing 2. Employee Central (EC) Configure and maintain employee master data, organizational structure, and workflows Manage position management, job structures, and foundation objects Implement and support business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP) Handle data migration, imports, and data validation Support time off, global assignments, and localization requirements 3. Onboarding Configure and manage new hire onboarding processes and workflows Design and maintain onboarding forms, tasks, and compliance documents Integrate onboarding with RCM and Employee Central Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experience for employees Monitor onboarding progress and resolve. 4. Compensation Configure and manage compensation cycles, salary planning, and bonus plans Design compensation templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules Work on variable pay, merit increases, and budgeting Support compensation worksheets and approvals Ensure integration with Performance Management and Employee Central. 5. Performance & Goals (PMGM) Configure and manage goal plans and performance review forms Support goal setting, alignment, and tracking Design performance templates, rating scales, and workflows Enable continuous performance management and feedback processes Integrate performance data with compensation planning 6. Cross-Module Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirement gathering sessions Configure system using business rules and standard tools Perform system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5–10 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning). SAP SuccessFactors modules: RCM, EC, Onboarding, Compensation, PMGM Strong knowledge of Workflows, Business Rules, and RBP Experience in implementations / support projects Understanding of integration between modules Exposure to global HR processes Strong functional expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
