Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor located in Rohtak. The Career Counselor will guide students in identifying suitable career paths, assist in career planning, and provide support in career management. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, evaluating students' skills and aspirations, and developing tailored strategies for career success. The role may also involve collaborating with faculty and organizing career workshops and seminars. Qualifications Master's in Psychology / Education / Guidance & Counselling (preferred certification in career counselling) or related field.
