Role: Quantity SurveyorIndustry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Power Plant ProjectsLocation: Dahej, Jamnagar (Gujarat) & Nagothane – Roha (Maharashtra)(Candidates must be open to relocation)Employment Type: Contract (On T&M Payroll)Experience: 5 – 15 YearsQualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Quantity Surveying / Construction Management preferred)Open Positions: 30Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors with strong exposure to construction cost management, contract administration, and quantity tracking in large industrial projects such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Plants.Key ResponsibilitiesReview contract documents, BOQ, specifications, and methods of measurement to understand project scope.Track and update project quantities, costs, and progress data in project management systems.Monitor daily manpower and equipment usage for productivity analysis.Support preparation of extra work claims, new prices (NP), and change orders (CO).Verify subcontractor work progress, quantity measurements, and certification as per contract terms.Assist in cost control, quantity management reports, and project cost estimation.Ensure data accuracy in line with company procedures, contracts, and project agreements.Support construction and project management teams in risk identification, claims analysis, and contract administration.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.Key RequirementsStrong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles.Experience in quantity tracking, subcontractor billing, and cost monitoring.Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction methods, and specifications.Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in industrial construction projects (Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, etc.) preferred.Kindly share your updated resume-Contact Karuna at +91 8655466082/
