Job Description

Designation : Embedded Tech Lead Experience Required : 8+ Years of Experience Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon-Fri) Job Functions / Responsibilities: Area of Expertise: • Experienced with leading multiple projects simultaneously • Experienced with customer interaction (US and Europe preferred) is a must • Excellent Programming Skills in C • Understanding of various processor and microcontroller architecture like Cortex-A series, ARM series processors etc. and other general-purpose microcontrollers • Working experience of on bare metal, RTOS, device driver development • Experienced with Linux Kernel and Linux application space programming skills, device driver embedded systems • Working experience of architecting embedded systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Good Debugging skills and hands-on with coding and tool usage • Experienced with project planning, tracking daily tasks, and customer deliverables will be an added advantage Other Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication is a must • Direct customer (US or Europe-based) interaction is a must • Experienced working onsite with US or Europe-based customers is a must • Experienced with people management aspects • Proposal making • Mentoring people and creating a healthy hierarchy • Fit of on-site engagements and customer visits when required Roles and Responsibilities: • Requirement Understanding • Effort Estimate and Work Planning • On Time Delivery • Quality Deliverables • Defining & tracking the team’s Daily Task • Effective Customer Communication (email/phone call/chat) • New Candidate Interview and Evaluation • Defining Technical training • Customer value addition • Customer-facing • Fit for Onsite Assignment • Pre-sales support / Proposal Preparation • Building/Mentoring Team Members • Defining & Tracking Project Plan (all aspects, e.g., High-level Scheduling, Risk, Communication, Configuration mgmt.) • Defining & Tracking Team members’ performance & Growth Plan • Define and implement next level direction in specific domain for organization growth • Continuous development of team to serve the customer requirements in faster and efficient way Team handling capacity
