As Field Service Engineer at local 1st line support Axxon you are the contact for customers when they need support, training, preventive maintenance, repair and installation. The Field Service Engineer also makes sure the customer can make best possible use of the installed equipment. Work include business travel, mostly in India but neighboring countries also are visited. At times also distant travels are needed. Even though travel alone is common the job is done within a team. Complicated tasks are solved with help from colleagues and 2nd line support. Serviced equipment range from Mysmart , Non-standard machine and all connecting SW. Your main responsibilities 1. Installation of new equipment 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Emergency repair on site 4. In-house repair of equipment 5. Refurbishment and remodeling /renovation of used machines 6. Telephone and e-mail support at the office 7. Customer training 8. Application support 9. Sales support Other job specific skills 1. Customer centric approach with the will to help our customers to success 2. Experience from hands on work with electrical, mechanical and SW systems. 3. Summarized and fed back the application characteristics of different regional markets and assisted in promoting the regional adjustment of products. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or automation related field 2. Proficient in English , be able to use it as a working language; (Chinese is a plus) 3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems; 4. Willing to travel and strong customer centricity sense.
