Role OverviewAs a Senior Overseas Education Counsellor, you will: Counsel students and parents on international study options Drive lead-to-admission conversions Manage applications end-to-end Guide students through documentation, SOPs, and submissions Coordinate closely with operations and visa teams Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline tracking Deliver a high-quality, trust-driven student experience This is a revenue-accountable role with a strong emphasis on service excellence. Who We’re Looking For2–5+ years in overseas education counselling or strong B2C sales Proven track record of achieving conversion targets Solid knowledge of at least one key destination (US, UK, Canada, Australia etc.) Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline Candidates who have personally studied abroad or have graduated from reputed Indian institutions will have a strong advantage, as lived experience significantly enhances student guidance quality.
