Role Details: Location: Onsite, Gurgaon Salary: Competitive hike on your current CTC Hours: 9 hours (rotational shift) Schedule: 6 days a week We're Hiring: Technical Support Specialist at InboxKit InboxKit is one of the fastest-growing cold email infrastructure platforms in the world. We help agencies, SaaS companies, and sales teams build bulletproof sending infrastructure at scale. Think domain provisioning, mailbox setup, DNS configuration, warmup, and deliverability at volume. We're looking for a sharp Technical Support Specialist to join our team and own the support experience for our growing partner and customer base. What you'll do: Handle inbound support tickets across email, Slack, and chat Troubleshoot issues related to domain setup, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace provisioning, mailbox warmup, and deliverability Diagnose and escalate bugs or platform issues to the product team with clear reproduction steps Build and maintain help docs, SOPs, and FAQs to reduce repeat tickets Proactively monitor partner Slack channels and flag churn signals before they escalate What we're looking for: Educational qualification: BCA, BTech, or BE 1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar role Working knowledge of DNS, email infrastructure, or cold email tools (big plus) Strong written communication, you can explain complex things simply Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Bonus: experience with tools like Intercom, Gleap, Notion, or similar Why InboxKit: High-growth product, scaling fast Remote-first team Real ownership and autonomy from day one Competitive compensation with a performance-linked variable component If you're someone who gets satisfaction from solving problems and taking care of customers, we'd love to hear from you.
