The position involves managing day-to-day teaching responsibilities for pre-primary classes in a residential school environment.The focus is on high-quality teaching and child development, not clerical work.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and activity-based classroom teaching for pre-primary studentsPlan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with the curriculumUse creative teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and play-based learningEnsure a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environmentMonitor and support each child’s emotional, social, and academic developmentMaintain regular communication with parents regarding student progressManage a small batch size of approximately 20 studentsRequired SkillsStrong fluency in English (mandatory)Good understanding of phonetics and early childhood educationEffective classroom management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct interactive and activity-based learningHigh level of patience, empathy, and passion for teaching young childrenQualificationsBachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)Preferred: NTT / D.El.Ed / ECCE certificationPrior teaching experience in pre-primary classes is an advantage
