Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned /"Talent Acquisition leader/" to drive global hiring strategy and build a high-impact recruitment function across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with long-term business goals Transform recruitment from a reactive function to a proactive, business-driven team Own end-to-end hiring across India, MEA, Europe, Canada, US, and Turkey Partner closely with senior leadership and CEO on workforce planning and hiring priorities Build scalable and flexible hiring models to support dynamic business needs Drive hiring strategies for technology and product-focused roles in a competitive global market Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed TA team (10–15 members) across regions Collaborate with HRBP and HR Ops for seamless hiring processes Define KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to improve hiring speed, quality, and ownership Leverage ATS and HR systems to optimize recruitment performance Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, risks, and workforce availability Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or Master’s (MBA / Psychology or related field) 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong leadership exposure Proven experience managing global TA teams (10–15 members across regions) Background in technology or product-led (SaaS) organizations preferred Experience in transforming recruitment into a strategic business function Strong exposure to global, multi-region hiring at scale Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems; Workday is a plus Strong stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interaction High ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
