Our India team plays a critical role in global sourcing, supplier coordination, and operations. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Global Sourcing Associate who will be responsible for supplier sourcing, RFQs, cost negotiations, and execution with international suppliers. This is not a backend procurement role. This is a core sourcing role involving direct supplier interaction and ownership of sourcing activities. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers (primarily in China and Asia) Manage RFQs, supplier quotations, and cost comparisons Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times, and commercial terms Coordinate with suppliers for sampling, production, and delivery timelines Work closely with internal teams on product requirements and execution Manage sourcing execution, follow-ups, and issue resolution Ensure quality, timelines, and cost targets are met Required Skills & Experience 2–6 years of experience in sourcing / procurement / supply chain Hands-on experience in RFQs, supplier negotiation, and vendor management Experience working with suppliers (domestic or international) Strong understanding of costing and commercial negotiations Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and execution-driven environment Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with international sourcing (China/Asia) Experience in product sourcing (consumer goods, gifting, merchandise, etc.) Exposure to supplier development and vendor onboarding Who Should NOT Apply Candidates with only SAP/P2P or PR-to-PO experience Profiles focused only on IT procurement or indirect sourcing Shared services / BPM / backend procurement roles Candidates without supplier interaction or negotiation experience What You’ll Get Exposure to global sourcing and international suppliers Opportunity to work with Fortune 100/500 clients Hands-on learning in sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain execution Fast-paced environment with high growth potential
