Responsibilities Write high-converting copy for: Website (homepages, landing pages, product pages) Performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, etc.) Email and WhatsApp campaigns Social media content (captions, hooks, scripts) Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth teams to execute campaigns Optimize copy based on performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS Maintain and evolve brand voice across all digital touchpoints Conduct market and competitor research to improve messaging A/B test different messaging angles and formats Write scripts for video ads and reels Qualifications Experience in D2C / E-commerce / Beauty / Personal Care industry Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content Required Skills Experience in D2C / E-commerce / Beauty / Personal Care industry Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content Preferred Skills Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc. Basic understanding of SEO Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
