Job Title: Manager – Data Privacy Experience: 4+ Years Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy Manager with 6+ years of expertise in data protection, privacy frameworks, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing data privacy programs, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and mitigating privacy risks across the organization. Key Responsibility Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and frameworks Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) Collaborate with legal, IT, and security teams on data governance Manage data breach response and incident handling Conduct audits and monitor data privacy compliance Provide training and awareness on data privacy practices Work with stakeholders to embed privacy-by-design principles Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Data Privacy / Data Protection Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance standards Experience with data governance and risk management Familiarity with security frameworks and tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Certifications CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager Any relevant data protection certifications Key Compete ncies Analytical thinking Risk assessment Problem-solving Attention to detail Leadership and team management.
