Assessment & Case Analysis Study student case histories and conduct screenings for learning disabilities. Review assessment reports to determine appropriate interventions. IEP Development & Implementation Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs). Prepare worksheets and teaching aids to achieve remedial goals. Counselling & Student Support Provide academic and need-based counselling. Support students’ academic and behavioral progress through tailored strategies. Collaboration & Communication Engage with teachers, parents, and counsellors through meetings and workshops. Share IEP goals and progress reports with parents. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of interventions. Prepare progress reports based on IEP evaluations. Professional Development Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and conferences. Commit to continuous learning and professional growth.
