The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, refining construction designs, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure projects meet design and technical specifications. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, adjusting designs as necessary, and ensuring compliance with both organizational standards and local regulations. Qualifications Ability to interpret architectural plans, sketches, and blueprints into detailed designs Knowledge of construction materials, structural systems, and building code compliance Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Effective collaboration and communication skills for team coordination and client interaction Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp or Rhino, is a plus Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in architectural drafting, design, or a similar role is preferred
