Team ManagementManage and supervise SIS staff / promotersDrive daily briefing, grooming, and performance trackingEnsure training on product knowledge and selling skills5. Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock availability, replenishment, and stock rotationEnsure zero stock-outs on key SKUsMaintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage6.
