*** SAP Master Data Quality Expert (S/4HANA Data Migration – Pharma) *** Location: India (Fully Remote) Contract Type: Freelance Duration: 3 months (extendable) Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Quality Expert to support a critical S/4HANA data migration program within a pharma manufacturing environment . This role is part of a major ERP transformation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP S/4HANA , and we are specifically seeking someone who has hands-on experience in similar D365 → SAP migration projects . You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and load-ready master data , working closely with business stakeholders across multiple mock cycles. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end master data quality assurance during migration cycles Work hands-on with business teams to build, validate, and verify master data templates Own and manage data loads across mock cycles Ensure adherence to S/4HANA target design (“cookbook”) Define and maintain validation rules, checklists, and quality gates Lead defect triage and resolution processes Support and enable business data owners (BDO) Ensure cutover readiness with clean, consistent, and compliant data Requirements (Must-Have) Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration projects Hands-on experience in ERP transformation projects from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP S/4HANA Strong expertise in Master Data Quality & Governance Hands-on experience with: Data validation & cleansing Mock cycles & data loads Quality gates & defect management Experience working with business stakeholders in data validation Solid understanding of manufacturing master data Experience in pharma or other regulated industries Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience with data migration tools / frameworks Exposure to cutover planning & execution Experience in large-scale global transformation programs What You’ll Get Opportunity to work on a high-impact S/4HANA transformation (D365 → SAP) Fully remote freelance engagement Collaborative international environment If you are a hands-on SAP Data Expert with proven experience in D365 to S/4HANA migrations , we would love to hear from you!
