We are hiring an Experienced HVAC & Plumbing BIM Modeler in Puducherry . BES delivers MEP BIM and engineering support for EU-standard building projects. We are looking for a hands-on modeler who can handle HVAC, water supply and drainage scope with discipline and coordination awareness. This role is suited to someone who can produce clean models and shop drawings, work reliably under project deadlines, and contribute positively to overall team quality. Role You will: develop and update HVAC, water supply and drainage BIM models and drawings prepare shop drawings for project delivery identify clashes, missing inputs, and coordination issues early review your work carefully before submission deliver clear, usable output aligned with project deadlines and quality expectations guide junior team members on day-to-day technical work where needed Required profile 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling strong hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing systems ability to model water supply and drainage networks experience preparing shop drawings strong working knowledge of Revit; coordination tool experience is an advantage good understanding of building services drawings, coordination logic, and constructability ability to convert markups and design intent into accurate model and drawing output reliable, structured working style with strong self-check discipline ability to take responsibility for assigned work and deliver on time European project experience preferred Compensation Based on experience and demonstrated capability.
