THE OPPORTUNITY A multi-venture promoter group operating across specialty chemicals, medical devices, biotech, and government innovation partnerships is looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. This is a hands-on, high-trust role that sits at the centre of a fast-moving, multi-entity operation. You will manage the Managing Partner’s professional and personal office end-to-end — calendar, correspondence, travel, stakeholder relationships, event logistics, household coordination, and confidential matters. You are the single point of control that keeps everything running seamlessly. The role is heavily travel and networking oriented. You will accompany the Managing Partner on domestic and international trips, represent the office at events and meetings, build and manage a high-value professional network, and ensure every external interaction reflects the highest standard of professionalism. WHAT THIS ROLE DEMANDS Exceptional presence, poise, and communication skills. You will be the face and voice of the Managing Partner’s office to investors, government officials, industry leaders, and academic institutions. Outstanding organisational and multitasking ability. On any given day, you may be coordinating an international trip, preparing a board-level brief, managing a dinner reservation for 12, and following up on a vendor payment — all before lunch. Genuine enthusiasm for travel. This role involves 35–45% travel — domestic and international — often at short notice. You see travel as energising, not exhausting. A natural networker. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and maintaining a living contact database of high-value connections across industries and geographies. High energy, adaptability, and comfort with long, irregular hours. The Managing Partner operates across multiple time zones and ventures; your availability matches that rhythm. A growth mindset and entrepreneurial hunger. You want to learn how businesses are built, deals are structured, and decisions are made — not just manage a calendar. Digital fluency: Google Workspace, MS Office, AI tools, and the ability to learn any new platform quickly. Absolute discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential business and personal matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Networking & Stakeholder Management Serve as the professional gatekeeper — screen calls, manage meeting requests, and ensure the Managing Partner’s time is allocated to the highest-value interactions. Build, maintain, and actively manage a CRM of key relationships: investors, government officials, industry leaders, academic collaborators, and service providers. Draft personalised follow-up notes, thank-you messages, and relationship-nurture communications after meetings and events. Coordinate gifting, hospitality gestures, and relationship touchpoints for key stakeholders. Travel & Logistics Plan and execute complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, visas, ground transport, meeting schedules, and contingency plans. Accompany the Managing Partner on business trips, conferences, government meetings, and global events — ensuring smooth execution on the ground. Manage real-time itinerary changes, rebookings, and problem-solving during travel with composure and speed. Coordinate travel for family members and team members when required. Calendar & Communication Management Own and optimise the Managing Partner’s calendar across multiple ventures, personal commitments, and time zones. Draft, review, and manage all correspondence — emails, formal letters, WhatsApp messages — on behalf of the Managing Partner. Prepare briefs, talking points, and background research ahead of every significant meeting. Event Coordination Organise investor dinners, stakeholder events, and networking engagements with impeccable attention to detail — from venue selection to seating arrangements to follow-up. Coordinate the Managing Partner’s participation in conferences, summits, and panels: registrations, speaking slots, collateral, and logistics. Personal Office Management Manage personal appointments, family logistics, household vendor coordination, and ad-hoc personal requirements. Handle sensitive personal and financial matters with complete confidentiality. Ensure the Managing Partner’s daily routine runs with zero friction. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Hospitality Management, MBA, Mass Communication, or Liberal Arts backgrounds are particularly well-suited. 1–4 years of relevant experience in EA/PA roles, hospitality, luxury retail, event management, or founder-support functions. Exceptional candidates from premium institutes with strong internship or project experience will also be considered. Demonstrable track record of operating in high-pressure, client-facing, or principal-support environments. Valid passport and genuine eagerness for extensive travel. WHAT WE OFFER Direct, daily exposure to a serial entrepreneur operating across deeptech, government policy, and global business — an unmatched learning experience. Accelerated career trajectory. Top performers move into relationship management, business development, or operational leadership roles within 18–24 months. Compensation: ₹6–12 LPA (negotiable for outstanding candidates) + international travel perks + performance-linked bonuses. A professional environment that rewards initiative, ownership, and excellence over hierarchy and tenure. HOW TO APPLY Send your CV along with a short (2-minute) video introduction to .
