Plant Optimization Engineer - SolarExperience - 5-10 YearsJob Location - BangaloreQuick Joiners are preferredBachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy/Power SystemsHands‑on with performance modeling (e.g., PVSyst, WindFarmer/OpenWind/WAsP, PlantPredict, SAM, PSLF/PSSE/DIgSILENT for grid studies).Perform site specific plant optimization aligned with Business Unit objectives (LCOE reduction, IRR maximization, curtailment mitigation, grid compliance, revenue optimization).Deliver optimized technical concepts, cost estimates, schedules, and risk registers to support development and investment decisions.Define DC/AC ratio, Ground Coverage Ratio (GCR), and string architecture.Select modules/inverters/trackers.Energy estimation & degradation analysis.MV–HV layouts, substation interfacePreferred SkillsOptimized Solar, Wind, and BESS technical concepts Energy yield, availability, and degradation assessment reports CAPEX / OPEX estimates and project schedules Grid integration and curtailment assessment CAD tools/software - PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, Primavera/MS Project
