Plant HR Manager | FMCG Manufacturing | Panipat & Karnal We are hiring Plant HR Managers for our FMCG (Non-Food) manufacturing units. This role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in a fast-paced plant environment and have hands-on experience managing workforce operations and statutory compliance. Location Panipat (1 Position) Karnal (1 Position) Experience 4–5 Years (Manufacturing/FMCG preferred) Compensation Up to ₹7 LPA Working Hours Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs Oversee onboarding and exit processes Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Recruitment & Manpower Planning Handle end-to-end hiring for plant roles (blue-collar & junior staff) Build strong local hiring channels to ensure timely closures Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to labour laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.) Maintain statutory registers and support audits Employee Relations Address grievances and maintain a positive work environment Support disciplinary processes and policy implementation Drive employee engagement initiatives Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with plant leadership and department heads Share regular HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, hiring status) ✅ What We’re Looking For Strong experience in plant HR operations Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance Experience managing blue-collar workforce Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Company Description Style & Shine Essentials, a flagship company of the Dubai-based Style & Scents Global LLC, is a new venture launched in 2024 and specializes in the FMCG industry, focusing on Personal Care, Cosmetics, Pesticides & Insecticides, Home Care, and Hygiene Care.
