You'll own visual content production across short-format social ads, long-form video, and animated GIFs, working directly marketing team at HONO. This is a high-ownership role for someone who ships before they're asked. You don't wait for a pixel-perfect brief — you extract direction from ambiguity and deliver assets that perform. Key Responsibilities Short-Format Video & Social Content Produce Reels, LinkedIn/Meta video ads, animated carousels, and GIFs at scale (15–90 seconds) Deliver multi-format exports (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9) and A/B creative variants per campaign Own animated assets for email nurtures, landing pages, and product announcements Long-Format Video Production Edit and motion-design product explainers, demo walk-throughs, webinar recordings, and event recaps Build animated intros/outros, lower-thirds, transitions, and data visualisation sequences Post-produce thought-leadership content and conference assets (TechHR, People Matters, GPA Awards) AI & LLM-Powered Workflows Use AI-native tools — Higgsfield, ElevenLabs — as a core part of daily production, not an occasional experiment Build prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows for consistent, brand-compliant output at speed Use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) for scripting, storyboarding, and asset brief generation Adobe Suite Execution After Effects for motion graphics, kinetic typography, and data animations Premiere Pro for editing, colour grading, audio mixing, and final delivery Illustrator and Photoshop for static assets feeding into animated workflows Requirements 3–6 years of motion graphics and video editing experience in a marketing, SaaS, or agency environment Portfolio demonstrating short-format ads, GIFs, long-form edits, and brand-consistent motion — links required, no portfolio = no review Demonstrated use of AI/LLM tools as a core production workflow, not just experimentation Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Understanding of social platform specs across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube B2B SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software experience is a strong plus Self-starter mentality — you own output and timelines, not just tasks
