About the RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining CRM data quality, managing marketing automation campaigns, and supporting the commercial pipeline through accurate reporting and system excellence.This is not a sales closing role, but a key position ensuring high-quality lead conversion, seamless collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and reliable CRM operations across global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Salesforce Data Management & Hygiene (40%)Own and maintain data quality standards across all Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads)Execute regular data validation, deduplication, and cleanup activitiesMonitor and enforce data entry standards and validation rulesConduct regular audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, gaps, or errorsManage data imports, exports, and mass updates using Data Loader or similar toolsTrack and report on data accuracy and completeness metrics aligned with commercial KPIs2. Pardot / Marketing Automation Management (40%)Configure and maintain Pardot instance including forms, landing pages, and email templatesBuild and manage prospect lists, segmentation, and dynamic lists for ABM campaignsSet up and monitor marketing automation workflows, drip campaigns, and engagement programsSupport ABM campaign execution by configuring account-based lists and trackingMaintain Salesforce-Pardot connector integration and ensure seamless data synchronizationTroubleshoot Pardot issues and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analyticsManage lead scoring models and grading criteria in alignment with sales priorities3. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics (20%)Design and build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track commercial KPIs and SLAsCreate visualizations for sales performance, pipeline metrics, marketing attribution, and client acquisition costsDevelop custom reports for Board presentations and commercial leadershipImplement and maintain real-time dashboards for Sales Managers and BDsSupport marketing in tracking campaign performance and conversionsProvide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required4. System Administration & User Support (20%)Perform Salesforce system administration including user management, profiles, permissions, and securityConfigure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record typesBuild and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and workflow rulesProvide user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing support to global commercial teamsTroubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution or escalationManage Salesforce release updates and communicate changes to stakeholdersCollaborate with external consultants or Salesforce support on complex technical issuesMonitor system performance, storage limits, and API usageQualifications & ExperienceEducation & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fieldSalesforce Administrator certification highly advantageousPardot Specialist or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certification advantageousExperience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as Salesforce Administrator or CRM Data ManagerProven experience with Salesforce data management, validation rules, workflows, and process automationPractical experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement including list management, campaign setup, and ABM workflowsStrong experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analyticsExperience with data hygiene, deduplication, and data quality management toolsExposure to Salesforce integrations and declarative development (Flow, Process Builder)Experience supporting B2B sales or professional services organisations preferredSkills & Competencies:Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practicesStrong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into system configurationsMeticulous attention to detail with commitment to data accuracyExcellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skillsStrong communication skills for training and documentationAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProcess-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvementComfortable working with global stakeholders across time zonesAbout Our OrganizationWe are an established pharmaceutical service provider company operating globally with a Centre of Excellence in India.
