*Job Summary:*We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Senior Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing yarns and fabrics. The candidate should have a solid understanding of textile materials, vendor management, and import-export procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.*Key Responsibilities:*Procure yarns and fabrics as per company requirements, ensuring quality and cost efficiencyIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliersMaintain strong relationships with vendors and millsHandle purchase orders, follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery of materialsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and planning teamsEnsure compliance with quality standards and specificationsManage documentation related to procurement, including invoices, GRNs, and contractsCoordinate with logistics and shipping teams for import/export shipmentsStay updated with market trends, pricing, and new textile developments*Required Skills & Qualifications:*Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing yarns and/or fabricsStrong knowledge of different types of yarns, fabrics, and textile processesUnderstanding of import/export procedures, documentation, and regulationsGood negotiation and vendor management skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PPT and ERP systems (preferred)Strong communication and coordination abilities*Preferred Candidate Profile:*Experience in textile, apparel, or export houseAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and cost-conscious mindset*Salary: As per industry standards*
