The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, refining construction designs, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure projects meet design and technical specifications. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, adjusting designs as necessary, and ensuring compliance with both organizational standards and local regulations.QualificationsAbility to interpret architectural plans, sketches, and blueprints into detailed designsKnowledge of construction materials, structural systems, and building code complianceStrong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detailEffective collaboration and communication skills for team coordination and client interactionProficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp or Rhino, is a plusDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in architectural drafting, design, or a similar role is preferred
