Placement Manager – TAPMITAPMI is looking for a high-performance, outcome-driven Placement Manager with a proven ability to build markets from scratch, generate leads consistently, and close hiring partnerships. This role demands ownership, speed, and accountability in delivering internship and final placement outcomes.What You Will Own:Drive aggressive new corporate lead generation across industries and geographies with clear conversion outcomes Independently build and close recruiter partnerships for both internships and full-time roles Continuously expand into new sectors, roles, and untapped companies Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure consistent recruiter conversions and repeat engagements Collaborate with faculty and alumni to unlock new industry opportunities Represent TAPMI in the market with strong credibility and professionalism What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable):5+ years of hardcore experience in B-School/MBA placements Master’s degree or equivalent qualification Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and closure of hiring partnerships Strong, active network with HR leaders and business stakeholders Ability to work with clear targets, pressure, and tight timelines High ownership mindset — ability to operate independently with minimal supervision Willingness to travel extensively for corporate meetings and relationship building Location: TAPMI, ManipalCompensation: As per industry standardsInterested candidates can share their CV at:
