Job Description: Saviynt Developer - Manager/ Senior Manager/ ADLocation - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / MumbaiExperience Required - 6+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Saviynt Developer/Engineer to design, implement, and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration with enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support Saviynt Identity Governance solutionsDesign and configure:User lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)Access request workflowsRole-based access control (RBAC)Develop and maintain connectors/integrations with target systems (AD, SAP, databases, cloud apps)Configure:Certifications (Access Reviews)Segregation of Duties (SoD)Risk rules and policiesWork on REST/SOAP APIs for system integrationsTroubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 supportCollaborate with business and security teams for access governance requirementsMaintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit standardsRequired SkillsStrong experience with Saviynt (EIC platform)Knowledge of:Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, provisioning)Hands-on experience with:Java / Bean Shell scriptingSQL and database conceptsExperience integrating with:Active Directory / LDAPCloud apps (Azure AD, AWS, etc.)Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XMLGood troubleshooting and debugging skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with other IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk)Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesCertification in Saviynt or IAM domainExperience RequiredMinimum 6 years (Senior/Lead)EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work in agile environmentsExperience in compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)Exposure to security audits and risk management.
