Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned /"Talent Acquisition leader/" to drive global hiring strategy and build a high-impact recruitment function across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with long-term business goalsTransform recruitment from a reactive function to a proactive, business-driven teamOwn end-to-end hiring across India, MEA, Europe, Canada, US, and TurkeyPartner closely with senior leadership and CEO on workforce planning and hiring prioritiesBuild scalable and flexible hiring models to support dynamic business needsDrive hiring strategies for technology and product-focused roles in a competitive global marketLead, mentor, and manage a distributed TA team (10–15 members) across regionsCollaborate with HRBP and HR Ops for seamless hiring processesDefine KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to improve hiring speed, quality, and ownershipLeverage ATS and HR systems to optimize recruitment performanceAct as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, risks, and workforce availabilityKey Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or Master’s (MBA / Psychology or related field)12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong leadership exposureProven experience managing global TA teams (10–15 members across regions)Background in technology or product-led (SaaS) organizations preferredExperience in transforming recruitment into a strategic business functionStrong exposure to global, multi-region hiring at scaleHands-on experience with ATS and HR systems; Workday is a plusStrong stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interactionHigh ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
