Competitive Pricing:Monitor competitor prices daily and adjust your own to stay competitive while maintaining margins. Promotional Calendars:Plan and execute seasonal sales, "deal of the day" events, and bundle offers. Markdown Management:Strategically lower prices for slow-moving stock to clear inventory without heavy losses. Vendor Relations:Negotiate better terms, pricing, and exclusive product launches with vendors. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work withMarketing(for ads),IT(for site layout), andSupply Chain(to ensure stock availability). Product Listings:Ensure high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and SEO-optimised titles.
