The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and testing of energy equipment and components. Daily tasks include compiling technical data, supporting production processes, implementing quality control measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and product performance.Qualifications Strong technical skills in engineering concepts, design(Solid works) and development Proficiency in data analysis and attention to detail for quality control Problem-solving and analytical thinking to improve operational processes Effective team collaboration and communication skills for cross-departmental coordination Knowledge of electrical hardware, connectors, and power systems is advantageous Bachelor’s degree inMechanical, or related Engineering fields Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Rural Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
