Our India operations form a critical part of how we deliver expert, high-quality accounting and tax advisory to UK-based property investors, landlords, and businesses. We are looking for a senior CA to lead from the front — shaping team capability, owning quality, and delivering real value to clients. WHAT YOU'LL OWN –    Lead the delivery of UK tax planning, advisory, and compliance work across clients of varying size and complexity –    Set team-level KPIs, monitor performance, provide structured feedback, and build improvement roadmaps –    Review and approve team deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and professional standards –    Partner with the L&D team to identify skill gaps and drive targeted capability-building initiatives –    Represent the team in client meetings and presentations — building trust and long-term relationships –    Ensure all client work aligns with UK regulatory requirements, HMRC obligations, and industry best practices –    Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives that improve operational performance –    Maintain and develop sector expertise so the team stays relevant, sharp, and advisory-ready WHAT WE NEED –    Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience –    Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set direction, and build a high-performance culture –    Experience managing tax planning and advisory across varied client profiles –    Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with KPIs, financial data, and client insights –    Proven track record of maintaining quality and compliance across client engagements –    Composure under pressure, with sound judgement in a fast-paced environment –    Strong written and spoken English — able to communicate clearly across teams and with UK clients NICE TO HAVE –    Working knowledge of IFRS and its practical application in financial reporting –    Background in Big 4 or mid-tier audit or advisory firms –    Comfort using AI-powered tools in professional practice or operations –    Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero or QuickBooks WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT –    This is a genuine leadership position with real ownership –    You will shape team capability, set performance standards, and drive client outcomes –    You will play a key part in building a high-performing, future-ready team as the group scales WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary based on experience and qualification International exposure — clients across 50+ countries Access to UKPA Academy and structured development programmes At least one month per year dedicated to training Clear growth path as the group scales Five-day week — Saturday and Sunday off Accident and medical insurance coverage Regular team events and cultural activities Ready to lead the UK practice from India?
