We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Analyst Engineer to conduct our end-to-end testing and test automation for commercial property insurance software.The ideal candidate has strong expertise in both manual and automated testing (functional/UI and API), a solid grasp of SQL, and experience in the insurance domain. Analysts will be responsible for ensuring software quality and reliability by designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and test suites. This role requires proactive, detail-oriented professionals with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.Position Specific Skills:• End-to-end experience in functional, UI, and API testing (REST), including automation and manual methods.• Must have strong, demonstrable experience in automation using both Selenium and Katalon Studio (mandatory).• Expertise in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or groovy.• Strong ability to develop, maintain, and optimize automation suits medium and complex systems using Selenium and Katalon.• Experience in guiding, mentoring, and upskilling team members on test automation tools, especially Selenium or Katalon.• Hands-on experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automated test frameworks.Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.5+ Years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing, API testing, SQL, and automation.Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.Ability to handle multiple products and adapt quickly to changes.Strong attitude toward learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.Insurance domain expertise
